Returns
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product you may return your item within 21 days of purchase. If 21 days has passed unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund/replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
None Refundable Items:
As these items are handmade to order, they are not refundable unless and damage is caused in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm we have received your item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will processed and your card will be re-credited within 7 working days.
SALE ITEMS:
Only full priced items may be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at info@sannaspots.com
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us at info@sannaspots.com to organise a return address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are none refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for your item during return transit. We recommend you return your item using a tracked service.
